The restructuring of more than 5.000 square meters in the historical center of Turin is almost completed.
Palazzo Lanza is well-known for his decorated ceilings more than 4 mts high, imposing marble stairs, 50 square mts. Terraces and ancient stone and wooden floors, besides his famous and often portrayed courtyard and Perseo’s statue which hacks in the middle of it.
Under the courtyard, we have built a 2 floor garage for more than 28 cars with a comfortable ramp access and a brand new elevator.
Still on sale: a couple of flats and garages, besides two little shops on the ground floor.
