We have recently completed the second of the four Buildings of the new service industry development centre, owned and build up by our company.
The Location is strategic: 2km without traffic lights from the highway exit of Savonera (direction Milan), in front of “Fermi” Metro station, 500 mts far from the new Mall “Piazza Paradiso” (more than 10.000 square mts. of sales area).
On 1st of August 2016 Johnson Controls is the main tenant of Building B, together with two successful popular Italian companies operating in aeronautics and software development.
Building B is on sale, it is an interesting investment with high return rates.
