We have completed the integral restructuring of an ancient Villa and related Colonic House and Stables of the beginning of the 17th century, located in front of a wide public park (more than 80.000 square meters wide) in the village center of Grugliasco (3km from Turin).
Decorated and coffered ceilings, stone walls, statues, private gardens and new cor-ten faced elevator are just some of the peculiarities of the Villa and Colonic House.
First Villa floor, actually rent to an Italian Bank (CR Asti) with high return rate, is on sale, besides to other two flats on the first and top floor both rent to private tenants.
