Torchio & Daghero is a Real Estate based in Turin since 1952, focused on constructions and restructuring, in NW Italy, especially in Turin district. 4 generation of Daghero’s family has carried out the company with passion and devotion.

Construction and Restructuring in Turin

The company mainly deals with construction ex-novo of residential and commercial buildings, restructuring of historical buildings and interior design of our flat and apartments, in Turin dustrict and NW Italy, last of all begun in late 2017 in Asti.

Restructuring

Within the last 5 years we mainly focuesd in restructuring historical buildings, such as Palazzo Lanza (5.500 s.m. in Turin city center), Palazzo della Luce (3.000 of 20.000 s.m. in Turin city center), Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 83 (1.000 of 6.000 s.m. in Turin city center), Via Gioberti (2.000 s.m. in Crocetta, Turin) and the upcoming restructuring of Palazzo Pastiglie Leone.

Construction Ex-Novo

Within our history we build more than 2.500 apartments. To cite some of our works: il Borgo (10 blocks of flat for more than 220 flats, plus a little Mall and a public park of 15.000 s.m.), Piazza Omero (10 floor building  in Santa Rita, Turin) or Gerbido (50 flats in Grugliasco)

Interior Design

Since a couple of years we complete our works with the help of talented interior designers which help our clients to choose furniture and accessories in order to make our flats their new home. An example of our interior design division is Palazzo Lanza, in Turin city center.

Asset Management, Project Management e Property management

We provide real estate consultancy, project, asset and property management, commercial assistance. Our aim is to solve any problem dealing with real estate in Turin.
